Nordstrom Cosmetics Holiday In-Store Experience

OVERVIEW
Nordstrom’s Holiday trims are refreshed on a four-year cycle, while Marketing and Cosmetics evolve annually—creating challenges for brand cohesion. As lead designer for a new Cosmetics Holiday trim, I aligned in-store experiential design with the larger Holiday store trim and Creative’s marketing campaign. The result was a unified customer experience across channels, earning executive praise as “the best holiday trim Cosmetics has ever had” and setting a new benchmark for future trims.
