LAUNCH
When Charlotte Tilbury brought her iconic cosmetics brand to the U.S., she partnered with Nordstrom for a high-profile launch. I led full-cycle experiential concepting and design for a three-day indoor/outdoor event at The Grove in Los Angeles, crafting an immersive brand environment that translated Charlotte Tilbury’s signature glamour into a physical retail experience. The event exceeded Nordstrom ROI targets and proved so successful that it expanded into a series of smaller regional launches nationwide. This initial event design became the master experiential kit, later modularized into scalable components for rollout across additional Nordstrom locations.

ROLE
Art direction, concept design, prop selection, project management, production management & vendor coordination, design and overseeing onsite event setup.

DELIVERABLES
Floor plan, design guidelines, logo, props, stage and entrance structure, booths, seating, lighting, food & beverage labels, in-store promotion and event displays, event marketing materials, digital assets and install guide.
